Hey everyone! After spending weeks reading all the posts here and getting so much inspiration I have decided to finally share my story with all you wonderful losers! My journey to my current weight has not been a quick or simple one. It started two years ago. I was 17, on track to diabetes, had high blood pressure, and weigh 260 pounds. I loved to eat junk food and sit around all day, but the day my doctor told me I was close to being diabetic everything changed. I started to eat vegetables, stopped eating fast food, replaced soda with water and started being more active. I counted all the calories that entered my body and made sure to only eat healthy foods. It has been almost two years since that day and I am now almost 19 years old and 170 pounds and no longer have to worry about my blood pressure or diabetes. I went from a size XL to a small and from a 38 to 32 for pants. I plan on losing 10 more pounds by July and start working on gaining some muscle. Being healthy is not so easy at times, but remember you are strong and can accomplish all your goals. Now ill shut up and get to the pictures lol...
